Photoshoot

We had our second professional photoshoot with Sophia World. The results were brilliant and natural, just what we needed to capture Kris growing stages. We paid $100 to buy all of the unedited shots.

The photographer, KT didn't asked us to pose a lot. He is more of a candid shot guy and he waited and coax Kris to smile, laugh and play. The photoshoot lasted about 75 minutes. Kris took about 10 minutes to warm up and the last 15 minutes she totally conquer the studio. She took 2 sweets out of the container and offer one to her newfound friend.

The studio is well furnished with various props and soft toys which helps to calm grouchy kids.

Frequent word "NO"

Recently, Kris has a habit of saying NO to everything that we say or we thought everything.

Mama: Do you want to eat?
Kris: NO
Mama: Do you want to bath?
Kris: NO
Mama: Do you love mama?
Kris: NO
Mama: Do you want to go out?
Kris: Nod her head

My husband, A asked where did she pick up the word. I pondered for a while and told him that maybe it's we who were saying NO to many times and YES to few times to her.

Our debate over NO and YES continue and YES, she do shed some tears when we kept saying NO to her.

Who's hiding?

With a game of hide and seek around the house, We have taught Kris the meaning of hide, counting from 1 to 5 and the patience to sit still at one place for more than a minute.

Her favorite hiding spot is behind the curtain and couldn't stop giggling whenever we found her.
